SHIPPING
For ultimate convenience, have your West Wind Farms order shipped directly to your door. West Wind Farms ships weekly throughout the continental U.S. Perishable foods are packaged in specialized eco-friendly insulated packaging with cold packs or dry ice and guaranteed to arrive cold. To ensure freshness, orders are shipped only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders received Wednesday through Sunday will typically be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Contact us for expedited shipping; additional fees will apply. If you are having products shipped to a destination which is further away from Tennessee than 2 days by UPS ground service, Air shipment will be necessary to ensure the products remain cold.
West Wind Farms shipping is eco-friendly. No bulky styrofoam boxes either!

West Wind Farms products are available at farmers markets and other venues throughout Tennessee and North Georgia. Conveniently offered at more places than ever before! Browse by region below.
Host Homes: A number of West Wind Farms customers volunteer to participate more directly with their farm by offering a place for other customers to pick up their orders. We currently have 23 participating Host Homes throughout TN and GA. Orders must be placed ahead of time on our website. Select a convenient Host Home during checkout.
Meet us en route: Order, then meet us to pick up your order as we are en route to or from our farmers markets. Email us before ordering to set a pickup location and time. This method requires a little more coordination and flexibility, but serves many of our customers well.

PICKUP AT FARM
West Wind Farms does not have a storefront on farm, but we are happy to pre-package your order and have it ready for you when you arrive. We're available to meet you most Sundays and Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Eastern time, or other times by appointment. The farm gate is closed on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can choose the best pickup date during checkout. No fees are added to products picked up from the farm! We're sorry, but farm tours cannot be offered during on-farm product pickups.
