This
is an easy recipe for the late summer grill.
Serves 6.

West Wind Farms Split Chicken Grillers
4
Tbsp. butter
2
Tbsp honey
4
tsp. chili powder
1
Tbsp. orange juice
Cayenne
pepper to taste
Salt
Melt
butter, honey, chili powder, and cayenne. Stir in
juice, salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Rinse
Split Chicken Grillers and dry. Season with salt.
Preheat
grill. Grill skin side down on oiled rack 5 inches
from heat for about 4 minutes. Turn, baste with mixture
and grill about 35 minutes or until done.
