Organic Raw Milk Cheeses
The following cheeses are certified organic and have
been aged for at least 60 days. They are produced
on a small family-owned farm in Missouri from their
own dairy cows. All of these cheeses are nicely priced
and excellent for everyday use. Average weights per
package are given.

Gourmet
Raw Milk Cheeses
These
gourmet cheeses are made the slow, European Old Country
way by a small farm family in Kentucky. The milk comes
from their own small herd of hormone free dairy cows,
raised on grass, supplemented with grain. Just fresh
milk, rennet, culture, the minimum of salt, and time.
No preservatives or flavorings. They melt in your
mouth and make you smile. These cheeses have won ribbons
and medals at state fairs!
